Mayfran Intl. acquires Press Room Techniques

Mayfran Intl., Cleveland, a manufacturer of engineered factory automation systems, has acquired Press Room Techniques (PRT), Lindsay, Ont., a developer and manufacturer of a line of patented products that manage scrap in stamping operations.

Mayfran says PRT's shuffle conveyor systems complement its own range of scrap handling products.
