Genesis Systems Group names senior director

Makoto Matsuoka has been named senior director of new domestic business development at Genesis Systems Group's Rochester Hills, Mich., facility. In this position, he leads the Asian automotive sales effort.

Previously Matsuoka was a contract employee for the company, providing sales support for the Asian automotive market segment and total support for Genesis Fastening Systems. He has a business degree from the Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.

Genesis Systems Group is an independent U.S. robotic arc welding workcell integrator based in Davenport, Iowa.
