PaR Systems establishes defense division

PaR Systems Inc., St. Paul/Minneapolis, has established a defense division led by Jered President Rick Edger, supported by COO Tom Donovan. Donovan continues his role as Jered COO. Ian Haley, a naval andmarine industry executive whose most recent assignment was general manager of Rolls-Royce’s Syncrolift business unit, took over as president of Jered LLC.

PaR serves the defense market by providing robots for specialized applications. The company, a provider of equipment automation products, expanded its defense business with the acquisitions of Jered and Unidynamics.
