Robotic welding cell designed for small, medium-sized parts

The Z-Weld dual fixed-table robotic welding cell from Marathon Welding Automation is suitable for on small to medium-sized parts.

The cell is adaptable to all robot models and welding power supplies and can be preprogrammed to meet specific material and application needs. It has an 85- by 105-in. footprint and has a forklift-compatible base, allowing for portability.

The cell can be used to weld various materials, including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Features include customer-specific power supply and robot, two 30- by 40-in. tables mounted on a common machine base, manual or automatic doors at load/unload stations, full perimeter guarding with maintenance access door, air- or water-cooled torch assembly, Watchdawg™ for welding, torch reamer, exhaust hood, and side-access doors.
