Nozzle cleaning station can be used with any robotic equipment

The RCS-1000 robotic nozzle cleaning station from American Weldquip is designed for spatter removal and nozzle cleaning in robotic applications. Integrated features allow operators to use the system with any make and model of robotic equipment, the company reports.

The station has a Thru the Cutter Spray system to help reduce cycle time, quick-disconnect pneumatic and electrical fittings, electronic cycle and venturi antispatter application control, an adjustable three-point clamping system, dual cutting blades, quick internal component access, and an optional wire cutter.
