Grinding disks designed for aluminum

Weiler Corp.'s AL-tra CUT™ disks, designed to grind aluminum, resist loading to help ensure constant contact with the work surface. The disks also are designed to ensure high cut rates, long service life, and an optimum finish, states the company.

Intended for use on right-angle grinders, the disks are available in 4.5-in. and 7-in. sizes with grit sizes from 36 to 120. In addition, 2-in. and 3-in. blending disks are available for use with high-speed, right-angle die grinders.
