Ceramic flap disk provides cool, fast cutting action on hard-to-grind metals

Weiler's Saber Tooth™ ceramic flap disk provides cool, fast cutting action on hard-to-grind metals, such as stainless steel. The disk features aggressive, self-sharpening ceramic grain and has a grinding aid to help prevent dulling and glazing.

Designed to work with hard, heat-sensitive materials such as stainless steel, INCONEL® alloy, and titanium, the flap disk grinds and finishes in one step. It is suitable for weld blending, grinding, deburring, deflashing, surface finishing, or edge chamfering on hard metals.

The standard, angled-style, trimmable, phenolic-backed disk is available in 4-1/2- and 7-in. sizes.
