FKM moves North American headquarters

FKM-USA, the North American division of FKM-Walzentechnik, Duisburg, Germany, has relocated its North American headquarters to Frankfort, Ill.

The new facility has 3,000 sq. ft. of office space and 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. There are three manufacturing bays, each equipped with a 25,000-ton crane. Also installed are a 212- and a 150-in. press for producing roll products, as well as a CNC roll finishing system and grinders. A new rotation polyurethane casting system and an in-house die cutting system will be installed later this year.
