ProNest 2010 offers greater control when working with CAD files, a new nesting criteria giving users more flexibility when nesting, and a new archiving tool which streamlines file backup. One of ProNest 2010’s major new developments is optimized hole cutting techniques for plasma applications, designed to maximize the effectiveness of Hypertherm’s latest patent-pending plasma hole cutting technology. Advanced setups, with updated process parameters and post processors, are now available for most major brands of plasma and laser equipment. There are numerous enhancements to optional modules including Collision Avoidance, Pipe, Plate Inventory, Skeleton Cut-Up, and Bevel. Support for waterjet and oxyfuel processes has been expanded as well.
