Spray nozzle connector reduces downtime

Industrial Innovations Inc. has introduced the Kwik Spra Release multiconnection system, designed to minimize downtime during die change.

The system allows users to leave a set of spray nozzles on the die to avoid repositioning them with every die change. One side of the connector stays with the press, the other side with the die.

The connector is available as a kit that includes spray nozzles and HP tubing; as a complete assembly with die-side connector and press-side connector; and as die-side and press-side connectors sold separately.
