Metal cutter produces cool, clean, ready-to-weld cuts

SteelMax LLC has introduced a 14-in. metal cutting saw that cuts metal cool and clean without burring, heat distortion, or sparking. The S14 is designed for cutting mild steel, stainless, and aluminum. It features 45-degree mitering capability and a powerful 15-amp motor operating at 1,400 RPMs. Blades are TCT carbide design.

The S14 is suited for a variety of metal cutting applications, including tubing, pipe, angle iron, and heavy gage plate steel to 4 3/4-in. depth. With a cast iron base, the S14 is designed to last in industrial environments. Other features include a 25mm arbor bore, 14 in. blade diameter, a two-position vise and quick clamp, and quick pipe vise. The saw is sold complete with eye and ear protection, carrying case, and mild steel blade.
