Bimetal band saw blades offer increased fatigue resistance, tooth durability

Challenger™ bimetal structural band saw blades are available from M.K. Morse. They are constructed using PTP™ technology, a proprietary process which, in combination with specialized tooth geometry, helps increase fatigue resistance and tooth durability when cutting structural shapes and tubing.

The 1-1/4-in., 1-1/2-in., and 2-in. blades perform sawing of structural shapes; they also handle single, layered, and bundled thick-wall and thin-wall tubing of carbon and alloy steels. Both standard and heavy-set blades are available.
