Custom tubes and rods available

Marshall Mfg. Co. offers custom-manufactured surgical tubes and rods with burr-free custom slots, notches, cross holes, and multiple angles made with high-precision wire EDM processes.

The process has dimensional accuracy to ±0.0005 in. Tube and rod diameters are available from 0.064 to 1.250 in. and lengths from 0.064 in. and longer. Materials include stainless steel, titanium, and other exotic metals.

Additional manufacturing processes include CNC Swiss machining, grinding, knurling, milling, stamping, broaching, burnishing, induction brazing, heat treating, electropolishing, and plating. Part features include swaged ends and swaged special shapes such as point, chisel, hex, square, flare, and double flare.
