Winton's eCNC series of three axis tube benders are designed for precision bending applications in a wide variety of industries such as HVAC, aerospace, automotive, and medical. The eCNC machines will save you money by providing maximum flexibility while offering the latest in features and advanced technology.

All of Winton's eCNC machines come standard with a simple keypad and display to enter in the LRA bend data. With the ability to store 250 programs, the eCNC line of benders offers affordability coupled with simplicity. During production, the standard user interface provides for intuitive feedback. Whether it is production feedback or maintenance feedback, the controller helps maintain a lean operation.

An optional PC interface running on a Windows Vista platform offers additional user flexibility. The PC interface allows a user to import an industry standard STEP file (direct from a CAD system) right into the bender's controller; never a need to type in the LRA or XYZ bender data.

Winton Machine's eCNC benders are equipped with safety guards on both sides of the bend head. An "OSHA" and "CE" compliant interlocked safety mat along with dual palm "anti-tie-down" cycle switches are standard on all models.

Winton's benders are configured at the factory for a customer's needs. Hitch feed, PC interface, and a mandrel extractor are just a few of the options available. In the event your needs change, all options can be installed in the field. Bending should be simple and flexible. The eCNC line of tube benders makes it that way.
