Press line includes models from 30 to 4,000 tons

AIDA offers a line of stamping presses ranging in capacity from 30 to 4,000 tons. The line includes gap, straight-side, progressive-die, high-speed, transfer, and cold forming presses, as well as press automation and turnkey packages.

For stampers who need a sturdy workhorse, AIDA recommends its NC1 single-point and NC2 two-point gap-frame presses that exceed industry-standard deflection ratings under full load by two-thirds, the company says.

The unitized-frame straight-side NSU series and tie-rod straight-side NST series are designed for high-performance, multipurpose work. The SMX double-geared link-drive press is designed for deep drawing applications and offers full capacity at 1/2 -in. off bottom.

The TMX is a total transfer system with quick die changing and continuous blank feed system options. The PMX straight-side presses are designed for progressive-die applications.
