Flying cutoff pneumatic presses designed for roll forming line

AIRAM® Press Co. Ltd. has engineered, built, and installed four flying cutoff pneumatic presses for a manufacturer serving the mining industry. The 20- to 140-ton air presses complete a roll forming line that produces structural supports from 0.1875-in. steel for mining applications.
With a few moving parts and no recirculating lubrication, the only components requiring grease are the guideposts.
