Arku holds Oktoberfest celebration

Every two years Arku invites customers, business partners, and friends for a customer appreciation day including an Oktoberfest with authentic German food, beverages, and folk music. More than 100 guests attended the event on Oct. 4, 2012, at the company's Cincinnati location.

Albert Reiss, chairman and owner, gave his traditional overview of the company's most recent news. The company set records in the last nine months, with contract leveling services increasing for the fourth consecutive year. At the end of the third quarter, contract leveling revenue already exceeded 2011 by 20 percent. In the second quarter, the company sold three hydraulic parts levelers and four coil lines with precision levelers.
