Robotic welding machine automates programming, production

The SmartTCP robotic welding machine, designed for complex fabrications in small-batch production, helps reduce the need for expert welders, improve time-to-market, and increase production volume and quality. The gantry welding system is a turnkey product that automates both the robot programming and the weld production.

Suitable for high-variety, low-volume parts, the machine includes hardware, software, installation, training, and support during and after implementation.
