Press ram leveling control has four-corner parallelism technology

Beckwood Press Co. will unveil its new Active Leveling Control (ALC) system equipped with four-corner parallelism technology and HMI control features at FABTECH 2010 in Atlanta.
The control monitors and directs each corner of the press ram, keeping the ram in parallel and reducing shock. It counteracts the negative effects of off-center loading and supplies protection for the press and tooling.
