Coherent, SigmaTEK announce agreement

Coherent Inc., Santa Clara, Calif., and SigmaTEK Systems LLC, Cincinnati, have entered into an agreement enabling Coherent to provide SigmaNEST® CAD/CAM nesting software on its new META platform of laser cutting machines.
According to the companies, the agreement brings together SigmaTEK's software expertise with Coherent laser machining technology to help minimize the software setup needed for Coherent's CAD-to-Cut system initiative.
