DGI Supply to acquire Anich Industries

DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, has announced its intent to acquire Anich Industries Inc. of Ocala, Fla. The transaction is expected to close Oct. 1. Dave and Mary-helen Anich, Anich's co-owners, will continue to manage the company after the acquisition.
Anich Industries Inc. was established in 1988 as a distributor of cutting tools, with a complete line of abrasive, machine, and industrial MRO products. DGI Supply is a full-line industrial distribution company.
