EFD Induction acquires Electronic Heating Equipment

EFD Induction, Skien, Norway, has announced its acquisition of Electronic Heating Equipment (EHE) Inc., a supplier of impeders, coils, scarfing equipment, and related products to tube and pipe manufacturers.
EHE founder John Wright will continue as managing director of the Washington state-based company for the next several months. He will continue to work for both EHE and EFD Induction as a consultant.
EFD Induction is the manufacturer of Weldac solid-state induction welding machines.
