Allied Machine acquires Allied Maxcut Eng.
Allied Machine & Eng. Corp., a manufacturer of holemaking and finishing tooling systems in Dover, Ohio, has completed the purchase of Allied Maxcut Eng. Co. Ltd. UK, which now operates as Allied Machine & Eng. (Europe).
Allied Machine purchased half of Allied Maxcut more than 20 years ago to gain a foothold in the European market. Since then, Allied Maxcut served as master distributor of Allied Machine’s products throughout western Europe. In 2015 Allied purchased the remaining half of the business and has been integrating the operations.
