CGW hires plant manager

Niles, Ill.-based CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has hired Fred Brutsche as its new plant manager. His responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, customer service, planning, purchasing, and production.

Brutsche has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience in such positions as general manager, manufacturing manager, and materials manager.

Brutsche served four years of active duty in the U.S. Army and four years in the Army Reserves. During his military service, he was awarded the Soldier of the Month for V Corps three times, Soldier of the Quarter for V Corps twice, and Soldier of the Year for V Corps once. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University. He is also a certified purchasing manager and production and inventory manager.
