Custom washing/deburring systems introduced

Sugino Corp. has introduced the Zippel brand of aqueous-based, custom-designed industrial part washing and deburring systems. Styles include chamber, inline, rotary transfer, robotic washing, immersion, and spray-immersion. Machines can be automated with robotics, conveyors, and pick-and-place systems.

According to the company, customized filtration technology delivers clean parts while cutting waste disposal costs. Waste heat is recovered from the process flow to help reduce energy costs.
