PPG completes acquisition of IVC Industrial Coatings
Pittsburgh-based coatings company PPG Industries has completed the acquisition of IVC Industrial Coatings Inc., a powder and liquid coatings manufacturer.
IVC employs more than 300 people and operates plants in Brazil, Ind.; Grand Haven, Mich.; Atlanta; Casa Grande, Ariz.; and Guangdong, China; as well as a development lab in Manchester, England. The company also has operations in Malaysia through a joint venture.
