Forming Technologies opens office in Germany

Forming Technologies Inc. (FTI), a developer of software for the design, simulation, and costing of sheet metal components in Oakville, Ont., Canada, has announced the opening of Forming Technologies GmbH, located in the Frankfurt, Germany, area.
The company reports that the new office has been established in response to growth in the region, as well as requests from key accounts and business partners who have asked for more local direct support.
Stefan Rudolph serves as managing director for the new location. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of CAE, working previously for ESI GmbH, the German subsidiary of ESI Group.
