General Sheet Metal Works names director, supply chain management

General Sheet Metal Works, a provider of engineering and metal fabrication services in South Bend, Ind., has promoted Thomas R. Sesterhenn to the position of director of supply chain management. He is responsible for overseeing all logistical functions including purchasing, materials management, and vendor relations, in addition to overseeing the business development functions of the company.
For the past five years, Sesterhenn held the position of national sales manager for the firm. His prior experience includes 10 years with Central Steel & Wire Co., Chicago.
