General Sheet Metal Works names general manager, remote operations

General Sheet Metal Works, South Bend, Ind., has promoted Jeff Zelley to general manager of remote operations. He joined the company in 2006 as plant manager of its Tomah, Wis., manufacturing facility.
In his new role, Zelley assumes responsibility for evaluating potential acquisitions and opportunities for the company's expansion, as well as managing the development, staffing, training, and all production activities in new facilities.
General Sheet Metal Works provides metal fabrication services from prototype through production.
