Tube bender designed for tight-radius mandrel bending

The HMT #2E CNC bender from Horn Machine Tools is a 3.0-in.-OD-capacity, multiaxis machine that comes with all accessories needed to perform tight-radius mandrel bending.

Suitable for applications such as stainless steel exhaust systems, HVAC components, job shop work, automotive, motorcycle, and aerospace, the bender has an electric drive C axis with low-interference bend head; a servo-controlled linear bearing pressure die with programmable controls; servo-controlled linear bearing pressure die assist with position control/following; a reverse-acting mandrel extractor with guided support for mandrel rod; and Hardinge quick-change collet pads.
