Design, prototype, production services offered for hydroformed parts

Excella Technologies provides part and tool design, prototype, and production services for hydroformed and other tubular parts. The company focuses on fluid-carrying and structural parts for such industries as agriculture, construction, commercial truck, and automotive, using stainless, mild, and DOM steels; aluminum; and INCONEL® alloys in volumes from a few hundred to more than 100,000/year.

Prototype and production applications include exhaust (2 to 6 in. OD), air ducts, seating frames, cooler inlet/outlets (0.75 in. OD), diaphragms (0.006 in. thick), automotive structural parts, small vehicle and bike frames, and oil and construction components (greater than 20 ft. long).
