150-amp set added to consumable line

Hypertherm has added a 150-amp consumable set to its Centricut® brand Innerlogic Proline2200 consumable line.
The consumables feature patented SilverLine® electrode technology, which involves welding a solid silver front end to a copper electrode base and inserting a hafnium pin into the silver. They also feature patent-pending CoolFlow™ nozzle technology, which helps improve conduction cooling, O-ring cooling, and seal reliability, the company states. It also eliminates flow stagnation and leaks into the plasma chamber.
