Kalamazoo Industries Inc.'s 1CC 5C collet fixture for chucks is suitable for short runs because it allows for quick setup of 5C collets without removal of the power chuck.
The fixture is dead length for nonlateral movement of the workpiece to maintain original datum for repeat operations. The fixture, which can be mounted in vertical and horizontal mills and machining centers, can be stacked for multiple parts. The collet fixture is made with hardened and ground steel. It has drilled and tapped holes and pilot in the rear for fixture mounting.
