High-speed miter saw designed for cutting aluminum, brass, other relatively soft nonferrous materials

The model KM10HS, a 10-in., high-speed miter saw from Kalamazoo Industries, is designed for cutting aluminum, brass, and other relatively soft nonferrous materials. The saw miters 45 degrees left, 60 degrees right, and has capacities of up to 4.5 in. at 90 degrees, 4 by 3.25 in. at 45 degrees, and 2.25 in. at 60 degrees.
Features include a choice of a 3-HP, three-phase, 220-/440-V TEFC motor or a 3-HP, single-phase, 220-V motor; a manual switch; 3,450-RPM spindle speed; 5/8-in. spindle arbor; sealed ball bearings; a V-belt drive; dual cam-lock vises; and an OSHA safety blade guard.
The saw measures 25 by 24 by 17 in.
