Advanced Laser Machining to expand in Wisconsin

Advanced Laser Machining Inc. (ALM) has announced the expansion of its facility in Chippewa Falls, Wis., a project expected to create 27 new jobs and retain about 100 existing positions.

The $3.5 million project calls for a building expansion of 32,800 sq. ft. and the addition of several pieces of manufacturing equipment. The expansion will allow ALM to consolidate all operations and warehousing in a single location.

The company specializes in contract manufacturing and metal fabrication, including punching, laser cutting, forming, welding, and assembly, serving the construction, aviation, industrial equipment, defense, and communications industries.
