Lucas-Milhaupt acquires Omni Technologies

Lucas-Milhaupt Inc., Cudahy, Wis., a subsidiary of Handy & Harman, has acquired Omni Technologies Corp., Danville, N.H.

Lucas-Milhaupt is a supplier of brazing and soldering materials, offering metal-joining products, fabrication services, and technical support for electrical/electronic, appliance, transportation, and construction applications.

Omni Technologies manufactures products for specialized brazing and soldering applications. Its metal-joining products include aluminum flux-cored and coated wire and rings; noncorrosive flux-coated shims; and braze and solder pastes, including aluminum, silver, nickel, copper, tin, and zinc alloys.
