LVD Strippit has introduced the patented Adaptive Laser Cutting (ALC™) system, which provides real-time monitoring and feedback control of the laser cutting process. The dynamic feedback system monitors and regulates laser power, speed, and assist gas pressure to help optimize cutting parameters and ensure consistent cutting accuracy.
The system does not rely on predefined parameters but measures and adapts in-process. It automatically adjusts to changing conditions, processing at the highest speed with no need to restrict or control the laser cutting system.
