CNC lathe uses two tools working simultaneously

Okuma offers the new LU4000 EX CNC lathe. It uses two turrets, allowing two tools to work simultaneously to provide process flexibility and high removal rates.

The lathe incorporates a new 45-degree box bed with all box way construction, three-point bearing support for the spindle, crown gear turret coupling for both turrets, two power ranges, and the Okuma THINC®-OSP control. Maximum turning diameter is 16.93 in. in the upper turret and 11.02 in. in the lower turret.
