Main Steel transfers ownership of Mexico City operations

Main Steel Polishing Co. Inc., Tinton Falls, N.J., a national toll processor, has announced the transfer of ownership of its Mexico City operation to the family of the late Jorge Loya Alcala and the current management team. Rodolfo Serrano is the new general manager, replacing Alcala, who died earlier this year.
The new company name will be Metal Services Center de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.
