Intelligrated to be acquired by Honeywell

Material handling systems provider Intelligrated®, Mason, Ohio, has entered an agreement to be acquired by Honeywell. Intelligrated will become part of Sensing and Productivity Solutions (S&PS) in Honeywell’s Automation and Control Solutions business. Co-founders Chris Cole and Jim McCarthy will continue to serve in leadership roles.

Intelligrated designs, manufactures, installs, and supports conveyors, sortation equipment, palletizers, robotics, AS/RS systems, warehouse execution systems, labor management software, and order fulfillment technologies.

Honeywell S&PS offers enterprise and workflow performance systems and custom-engineered sensors, switches, and controls.
