MHI, Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift to acquire UniCarriers Corp.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI) and Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co. Ltd. are jointly acquiring 100 percent ownership of Marengo, Ill.-based UniCarriers Corp., a provider of material handling equipment with seven facilities across Wisconsin and New England.
