Klein Steel selected as one of the top workplaces in 2015
Klein Steel, a Rochester, N.Y., steel service center, has announced that it has been selected as one of the top workplaces in 2015 by the Democrat & Chronicle media group, also based in Rochester.
The top workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement that conducts regional top workplaces programs with 40 publishing partners across the U.S.
Employee benefits include an Employee Assistance Program, in-house wellness programs, individual and leadership training through Klein Steel University (instructor-led ) and e-KSU (e-learning), and talent management and succession planning.
