Abrasive waterjet system handles multiple-part projects

OMAX® Corp. offers the 80X JetMachining® center. It features an X-Y cutting travel of 13 ft. 4 in. by 6 ft. 8 in., making it suitable for cutting large-scale components or multiple-part projects.
The system can machine complex parts from pre-existing CAD drawings or DXF files. It integrates with the company's accessories, including the A-Jet articulated cutting head and rotary axis, to provide 6-axis capability to cut complex, 3-D parts and bevel cut tube and pipe for weld prep. All accessories are retrofitable to the company’s existing machine models.
