Panasonic names director of solutions

Panasonic Factory Solutions Co. of America, Buffalo Grove, Ill., has named M. Faisal Pandit as director of solutions, responsible for all software and engineering systems.
Pandit has been employed with Morgan Stanley and Unix. He worked eight years withPanasonic as group manager in the Global Systems Group, where he led the software development group to the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 3 award rating from Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute.
