Praxair, Liburdi form marketing agreement

Praxair Inc., Danbury, Conn., has announced that its packaged gases subsidiary, Praxair Distribution Inc., has signed a joint marketing agreement with Liburdi Automation Inc., Dundas, Ont., and its subsidiary Liburdi Dimetrics Corp., Davidson, N.C.
Under the agreement Praxair acts as a distributor for Liburdi equipment and instructs Liburdi personnel in welding gas applications. Liburdi recommends Praxair gases and other consumables for its equipment sales and trains Praxair productivity specialists in the use of its advanced laser, plasma, and GTAW systems.
