ProMotion Controls opens expanded customer support center

After outgrowing its last facility in two years, ProMotion Controls, Medina, Ohio, has recently opened a new, 6,500-sq.-ft. customer support center.

The company says the expanded support center is better equipped to respond to rapidly growing customer base and accommodate its growth expectations. The center features a larger full-service office area; a product training center; an interactive product demonstration area; dedicated shipping and receiving bay area; and warehousing space for new controllers, associated products, and spare parts.

ProMotion Controls specializes in advanced controllers and associated products for shape-cutting processes such as oxyfuel, plasma, and waterjet.
