Roll-Kraft acquires Empire Precision Tooling

Roll-Kraft, Mentor, Ohio, has announced it has acquired Empire Precision Tooling (EPT), Brampton, Ont. The company has been renamed Roll-Kraft Ltd.
The company says the addition provides support for its Canadian market, cuts cost, and improves response times by reducing the number of cross-border transactions. Plans are under way to increase capacity and provide the company's full range of services at the new location.
