Compact filtration system protects users from fine dust during cutting processes

Kemper offers the PlasmaFil Compact extraction system for combustion and plasma cutting applications. The stand-alone system can handle medium to large amounts of dust.

Its filtration technology separates more than 99 percent of captured hazardous material and the majority of ultrafine dust particles. Hazardous substances are cleaned automatically.

The filter is designed to prevent individual filter elements from sticking. One hundred percent of the filter area is always available when polluted air enters the system during the down-flow process, in which the polluted air is guided from top to bottom.
