Enerfab acquires Foley Co.
Enerfab Power & Industrial Inc., Cincinnati, a provider of construction, electrical, and maintenance services in the energy and chemical industries, has acquired Foley Co. from Varistar Corp., a subsidiary of Otter Tail Corp.
Foley Co. delivers mechanical and construction services focused on water/wastewater, power, industrial, commercial, health care, fabrication, and special projects. The firm employs about 250 people at its locations in Kansas City, Mo., and Nashville. Both offices are expected to remain open.
