LIA’s Laser Additive Manufacturing Workshop set for March 2-3, 2016

The Laser Institute of America (LIA) will host its annual Laser Additive Manufacturing (LAM®) Workshop on March 2-3, 2016, in Orlando, Fla. The two-day workshop will offer keynotes, sessions, exhibits, and networking opportunities for professionals involved in manufacturing of complex, lightweight metal and other structural materials.

The workshop is designed to help attendees understand the pros and cons of laser-based additive manufacturing compared to other technologies. The program will provide an overview of the options available to create formed parts and explain which ones to choose and why.
